Ooooohhhhhhh! What a fantastic photo! The lighting is just superb, especially the reflections on the water - did you have the camera on a tripod for this perfection?
No, same procedure as before. I jammed the camera between metal handrails, tried to frame the scene properly, and turned off the flash. There was more ambient light so the pic is a little more vibrant. A tripod and more time would have made it easier.
