Okay, here are what I currently think are the best of my eclipse photos. Using a welder's mask lens gave everything a strong green tint, which was hard/impossible to completely eliminate, so I got a bit creative with the color in some of these.


I love the refraction pattern around the sun in this one.



If you look closely, you can see a tiny bit of the left tip of the sun just above the horizon in this shot.

There will probably be more tomorrow, so hope you like these!

  2. The clouds are especially awesome! We had clear skies here, and I was also shooting through a welder's helmet, but haven't tried adjusting color (or enlarging) my photos. Great work!
