Sunshine through the rain?
Spun Gold?
What is it.....
...The Full pic & I still don't know, but I like it!
This was almost the size of my palm--pretty cool, though I don't know what it really is....maybe Barb does?

Those first two photos of the sunshine & raindrops are totally awesome! And the moth is a Cherry/Ceonothus moth (the caterpillar feeds on the leaves of trees that are in the Cherry/ Rose family, including the shrub Ceonothus). There is one moth bigger than that, in our area, a "Dark Witch" - I may have a photo of that on disk, somewhere.... Wonderful closeup of its wing!
ReplyDeleteI really like the "raindrops on the glass" not sure thats what it is but a great photo. The spun gold is very cool , I would love to see a tight closeup of the drops. The moth is very cool.
ReplyDeleteThe raindrops is actually the sunset through a water bottle that I picked up one night on a walk. The spun gold was a lucky shot with my shower running. Thanks Barb--I klnew you would know it, and we were surrounded by wild roses where we were at so it must have been a happy moth!
ReplyDeleteThat is a unique effect - shooting through a water bottle! And I thought "spun gold" was a spider web!! (That could be, inside MY shower....)(dang daddy long-legs).
