Went out back of the house. Nothing spectacular, but located some small critters. It gave me some good practice with manual focusing and exposure/DOF/shutter speed settings.

My fave is the ant, coming down the little rock - what wonderful focus! And the crane-fly is pretty good, too! The spider could appear in a "field guide" - it is such good focus and even lighting.
